"Afternoon Light - St Marks Square"

"While on a painting trip to Venice, Italy, I came upon this little girl feeding the pigeons on St. Marks Square.  Her red cap wrapped around her sweet face, she was lost in thought, birdseed slowly dropping from her hand.  This was indeed an artist's dream!  After a few moments, she quickly vanished into the crowd to join her parents.  I completed this painting back in my Colorado studio."
