"Mountain Aspen"

"As I walked through the deep snow towards this mountain stream, I could hear the wind in the trees and the bubbling water under the ice.  Tree shadows fell across the Spring snow that soon would melt with Summer's sun.  Snow scenes have always had a special appeal to me, and I could not resist painting this one!"
