"The Christmas Gift"

"My grandson, Luke, received a new puppy for Christmas.  Luke was excited to take his 'New Gift' for a morning sled ride through the fresh fallen snow.  I love to paint snow and children so this painting fell into place quickly.  The challenge however, was composing this scene with such an active cast!"
